Telephone you in advance to confirm our arrival and so that you can tell us of any last minute changes.
Arrive in good time to set up the kitchen and to prepare the food, drinks and the table. All you have to do is relax and enjoy a stress free afternoon.
Liaise with you to manage the detailed timing of the service.

Then we will:-

Greet your guests and serve aperitifs.
Seat your guests and serve the individual courses and wine leaving you to enjoy the evening at the table with your guests.
Serve coffee/teas and digestifs.
Clear the table and kitchen leaving things as we found them.
