

The Chef and Butler will visit you to discuss the detailed arrangements and to consider how things will work on the day. The main things that we will need to consider are:-
The menu – do you have specific plans, alternatively we can create one especially for you. Are there any special dietary requirements?
The appropriate wine and other drinks – what goes well with the chosen menu? We can supply these if you wish.
The table setting – whilst you probably have the appropriate items to enable the service we can provide tableware if necessary. You may also require menu cards, flowers and other items which we can supply.
The guests – numbers, your seating plan and any special requirements.
The timing – arrival, service and the pace of the evening.
The facilities – kitchen, work and service areas.
Following that meeting, we will confirm, in writing, everything that has been agreed including the detailed charges. We will also contact you two weeks before the event to confirm the final arrangements. If, at any time, you wish to discuss any aspect please call us.
