Who are we? We are two gentlemen of a certain age who know about and who love the idea of good food, good wine and good service. Our business lives generated wide-ranging experiences and, as such, we know what it takes to create those extra special occasions. We have taken the opportunity to put our ideas into practice and to offer you the ‘Ultimate Dining Experience’.
The Butler – Graham Purse. I appreciate the finer things in life. As such, I know what is good and certainly know what is bad having experienced both ends of this scale. I now enjoy the challenge of delivering good service and of creating those memorable moments. I manage the table and the meal with a sense of humour and consummate professionalism – Jeeves is my role model!
The Chef – Clive Marshall. I have always been passionate about good food and striven for perfection. I know what it takes to make the palate zing. To me, food is ‘of the Gods’ and needs to be prepared lovingly, with passion, with an attention to detail and using only the freshest ingredients. Over many years I have applied these beliefs to my own cooking and to dinner parties. I take great pleasure in creating dishes that ‘wow’ the guests - Rick Stein is my food hero!
